Golden Light, Changing Color and Elk Bugling
Well, well, well! What an extraordinary chance to watch this gorgeous Bull Elk wandering through the golden brush. When he lifted his head, he would call out to the females who were hidden in the glowing thicket as the sun had just risen and a golden sunrise was only enhanced by this stunning Bull. Took this in Grand Teton National Park in late fall 2022.

Right Place Right Time
In late September of 2022 I had an intense desire to be out in the mountains. I hit the road and traveled through the Dakotas, Montana, Wyoming and Idaho. My plan was to spend as much as possible in the Tetons and I couldn't get enough of Jackson Hole! I was so fortunate to find this gorgeous bear peering through the brush to munch on huckleberry bushes! I couldn't have had a more perfect chance to see that gorgeous face!
